Refund Policy

Current Release Status

Paid subscriptions and checkout are disabled in the current release, so SkinzHunter is not presently accepting subscription payments. This policy will be finalized with the responsible seller's details before paid plans open.

Subscription Billing

SkinzHunter subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, billing portal access, and subscription payment processing. SkinzHunter does not store payment card details.

Refund Review

Contact customer support to request a refund or report a disputed charge. Include the billing date and a description of the problem, but never send complete card details. Requests involving duplicate charges, failed provisioning, or product access failures are reviewed against account status and billing history. A paid subscription gives access to SkinzHunter software features; it does not purchase skins, custody skins, move skins, or guarantee trading profit.

SkinzHunter provides market intelligence and estimated valuation only. SkinzHunter does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee profit, resale value, listing availability, or marketplace execution.

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, a remedy may include re-supply, cancellation, or a refund.

Billing support status

Cancellations

When paid plans open, customers will be able to manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation will stop the next renewal, and access will ordinarily continue until the end of the displayed paid billing period unless law requires a different remedy. Renewal and cancellation terms must be shown before checkout.

Product Boundaries

• SkinzHunter reads public Steam inventory only where available.
• SkinzHunter does not buy, sell, hold, custody, or move skins.
• SkinzHunter estimates can change because CS2 markets, fees, liquidity, and data quality change.
